1. Do I have to create an account?
No, you don't have to sign up. You can proceed as a guest. However, it is recommended to create an account to expedite your second visit and thereafter.

2. How can I track my order?
    In order to track your order, you will need to create an account on our store. You'll receive a confirmation email from our store, once your order is on its way. Subsequently clicking on the circulated tracking link, will provide you up to date tracking. 

3. What are all the modes of payment available to me? 
Currently, we accept all cards via the online payment model. We don’t have Cash on Delivery option. 

4. How long does my order take to deliver?
    The product shipping time will depend on the product category and is clearly mentioned in every detailed product page. The shipping time will then depend on the shipping address.

5. Why is my order still processing?
This may be due to a time lag between systems. Your order will be on its way in the time-frame promised. If you would still like to check with us, please feel free to email us at tiya@lathaputtanna.com.

6. How do I know which items are in stock?

    We list out the availability of an item in our Product Page. You will see it under the product name. 

7. How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
    You will be intimated by an e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched along with expected Date of delivery, contact information of the shipping partner, and tracking number of the parcel. 

8. What If I have a question that is not listed here?
    Customer service is of utmost importance to us. If we haven't covered a question that you have, please write to us at tiya@lathaputtanna.com and we'll answer your question as well as add it to our FAQs, if relevant.

At Latha Puttanna, we take great care to represent our creations as accurately as possible on our website and catalogues. While Latha Puttanna strives to recreate every piece as close to what is displayed on the website, there may be subtle variations in color and design. Pricing

1. How does the prices online compare with the prices in the store?

     The prices online are the same as the prices of the product in the Flagship store in Bangalore.

2. Are the prices inclusive or exclusive of taxes?
All prices listed in the catalog are inclusive of all taxes.

3. Are the prices inclusive of Shipping?
    The prices of the items are exclusive of the shipping charges outside India. Shipping is free only for customers within India.

 

Payment Failure Reasons

We are not collecting your payment card details in our store, we are directly passing through to the bank using our payment gateway, If sometimes your payment is not going through in our checkout page means, the possible failure reasons could be as follows.

1.Customer used incorrect 3d-secure password or canceled the txn on ACS page
2.Customer card is not enrolled for 3d-secure feature
3.Or it may be genuine decline from customer card issuing bank.
